How This Works

The project flow varies for each package but getting started is pretty easy!

1. Click the “Get Started” button, select the package you like and fill out the form.

2. We’ll follow up via email and answer any questions you may have. If you would like a phone consultation, let us know and we’ll setup a time to talk.

3. Once you’re ready, we’ll follow up with an invoice for the deposit and an email with the next steps!

Packages & Pricing FAQs

The price for each package is a base price that includes the specified number of hours for that package. All projects are time tracked with any additional time being billed at our hourly rate of $75/hour. This allows us to be flexible with things like the number of concepts, revisions or pages as each project is unique and may require more or less of something.

The items listed in each package are recommendations of what can be accomplished within the included project hours. Since we time track everything, we are able to keep you in the loop throughout the project and let you know if anything is going to incur extra time so there are no budget surprises when we send you the final invoice.

We require a 50% deposit up front before any work is started and the remaining balance to be paid upon final completion of the project.

The turnaround time for our Ultimate package varies from project to project and can be anywhere from a few weeks to a few months based on the scope of work and timeliness of client feedback.

The turnaround time for our Deluxe package also varies from project to project but is a little easier to estimate as we are working with a template. Deluxe package turnaround times are typically between 3 – 6 weeks.

The turnaround time for our Economy package is approximately 10 – 15 business days from the date we receive your payment, content and your logo.

Yes, thanks to the power of WordPress, you will be able to edit and change all of those!

Yes, you will have full access to the theme images, HTML, CSS and JavaScript in the WordPress theme editor should you wish to make edits to your theme. It is recommended you have a working knowledge of HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript to make these types of edits. In addition, most modern templates these days offer an in dashboard customization panel for basic styling changes.

All of our website work is completely mobile friendly and contains zero Flash.

You can hire us to design a custom logo or specify a font for our designers to use with your business name on your new site. If specifying a commercial font, we will purchase the font on your behalf and send you an invoice for the cost.
